It worked for my Logitech version of the EyeToy. I believe there's another version too which might be different.

Interesting, my wife and I both have Samsung S2 and she does a lot of walking avg >100 miles per month; and she often finds herself hopping from England to France within a few seconds. But I do not seem to have the same issue with my phone (not that I walk as much as her). I was going to put it down to either bad gps hardware glitches in her phone, or problems with gps signal in wooded area; but may try getting her to have her phone in an arm jogging pouch, than rather in her jeans/jacket pocket.

Hi, I found your article really interesting given that I've been questioning the altitude reports from the app I use. I did a few rides and then ran the GPX files through various programs with amazingly different results. Given the source data was coming from the same place I would've expected the read outs to be very similar. I ran the file through Sport track with the elevation correction and also Trimble Outdoors which also uses survey data. The results between the 2 programs that use survey data varied as much as the ones using GPS data! I can't see any particular pattern such as one program always reports the highest figures etc.

Do you know of any program which is actually proven as being accurate? (or as close to accurate as it can be)

Just to make things easy. You don't need to use openssl any longer. GoDaddy have published their root certs in .DER format that works directly on the S60 phones.

just a year on it mine was just over but because of the nature of the snap (a substandard weld) they had to replace it to the same spec or greater. thanks to gt's very good customer satisfaction i got the model up which after having every part replaced (thew want rather than need) is a piece of expensive art. i was so upset at first but the new frame is a good improvement. the extra travel helps

There's always a way to snap a bike if you try hard enough :). Still, I've thrown this down all kinds of stuff and so far okay. Good job on the upgrade though. Always worth complaining. I forget what the warranty is on the frame. 1 year or more?

Sorry but you're wrong.

Firstly, there is no where on Orange's web site where you can upgrade an existing 2G SIM to a 3G SIM on the same pay monthly contract.

Secondly, I wrote the post back in 2006 before Orange brought in SIM only packs on pay monthly. These *might* be 3G, although they weren't last time I checked, but anyway you still have to get a new contract (far more expensive than what I'm paying on my old contract) and either put up with having a new number or attempt to get your number ported.

You have however been able to get 3G SIMs on PAYG on their web site for a long time, but I'm not talking about PAYG. There's another problem there anyway. Just try porting a contract number to 3G PAYG on Orange. Trust me, I've tried ;)

So, people should learn to do some research about what they're commenting about before making comments ;). I did my research when attempting to get a 3G SIM off Orange for the same contract. You only have to Google to see it was a big problem and many others had the same issue.

Well, looks like I'm finally getting a 3G Sim. Thanks to the power of Internet forums. Helpful guy in the Orange section over at the What Mobile forums offered to help out. Got a call from him and all sorted. 3G sim in the post.

This is very bad customer service from orange and the fact that they don't provide a 3g sim card for a customer that is with them for over 1 year is just.....CRAP!!!
I'm on a business contract, I bought an iphone in cash and they told me that I can use my orange sim card with iphone but the connection and other services will be very slow as my sim is 2G and they are not willing to provide a new £G sim card. My only option I have is to close this contract with orange paying anyway 18£ for 400 minutes and get semplicity with £20 and having a nice 3G sim card with free internet , 600 minutes and 1200 minutes. I gave already the notice as I think is no other solution....

Yeah, only just noticed it's not working. Haven't checked for updates but wouldn't be surprised if it's been forgotten about. Still, I checked for an update on the Sports Tracker app itself and I see they've now got actual maps on the tracking in the phone app. Looks like it can use preloaded maps from Nokia Maps too so saves on bandwidth. Handy as sometimes I like to know where I am and saves having to fire up Nokia or Google Maps to do so.

Still think Sports Tracker is about the best location/GPS app on a mobile.

I thought I replied already but can't see my reply, so I'll try again...

Unfortunately I'm not really supporting this any more as I no longer use Coppermine and Wordpress has also moved on a bit since then so I don't know if it works with latest versions. I never did get it to work with albums, but have to admit I didn't try that much. Anyway the source is here for anyone to modify. After all I just modified the existing Coppermine Plugin.

I haven't checked to see if that plugin has been updated and if maybe lightbox has been integrated into the original. Maybe it has, or maybe there's another plugin that does similar.

I was wondering if you ever got it to work with whole albums and Lightbox?

One picture opens in lightbox, so you got that correct..

But as you said here above, it doesn't work when you link a whole album..
